Suburban Jade was built in Bigger Builder's Island and playtested in Sunset Valley.


This is a package file lot-Place in your library folder


This is a 6 Br neo-eclectic manor on a 30x30 lot. It's features include a two car garage, indoor pool, theater, nursery, exercise equipment, small office, art studio, outdoor playground, and multiple bathrooms.




Note-Move objects cheats were used to place some items keep that in mind if you make alterations. The only issue noticed in playtesting was that the terrain paints would shift 1/3 of a tile when placed on a lot with different orientation-so you may have to do some repainting.
