These two playground are designed to fill in empty spaces in-between lots, and serve as good places for Sims to meet and socialise.

Both Playgrounds Contain:
- Community lot bin
- Community lot phone
- Outdoor seating and lighting
- Playground equipment - Jungle gym, roundabout, slide, swing

The 3x1 playground also contains monkey bars.

Additional Credits:
- These lots have been checked and packaged with Mootilda's Sims2Pack Clean Installer V1.6.22
- The 1x2 playground was built on a lot shrunk with Mootilda's Lot Adjuster V2.8
