It's a bit of a squeeze, but all of the items are functional, and the house has everything required to fulfill needs, including a full kitchen, three piece bathroom, dresser, desk, and bookshelf. Plus a bed, toy box, and bowl for a cat or small dog.
Test cat even liked having a nap under the TV in an earlier, routing-test version of the lot!
Routing and object placement
So, before we get to the CC, a big note on object placement. Several of the objects on the inside, most notably the TV, are placed using Decorator's Best Friend by Misukisu. Both the TV and the dresser into which it has been partially sunk are fully functional and watchable, but if you attempt to move the TV it will likely snap back to the floor. As long as you leave it alone, though, you shouldn't need Decorator's Best Friend in your game to retain the placement.
Alverdine's Shiftable Curtains were used for several of the curtains. Once again, you do not need to have the mod, but the curtains may snap back to default height if you try to move them without it.
In general, be careful with moving or replacing items in this house, because the space is so tight even a tiny adjustment can cause routing fails. As mentioned, I have playtested thoroughly and can confirm that it all works, but make no guarantees if you start messing with things.

Install Instructions
1. Click the filename or the download button to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
