Hey guys, gals, and everything in-between (or outside)! Here's another house I regurgitated out for all my baby chicks to enjoy, this time with a river and small pond. I originally wanted to place the lot on a cliff-side, but since the sims 4 doesn't like me, I couldn't. Oh well, I still like the outcome and I hope you do too!

You MUST have bb.Moveobjects ON when placing the lot
If you don't, the lot will look all messed up.

Features:
- Garage
- Workshop
- Spacious patio
- Barbecue
- Fireplace
- Pantry
- Home office/study (can be converted to third bedroom)
- Reading nook
- Laundry room
- Huge walk-in closet off master bath
- A nice river!

Required (But not included) Mods:
- "Hidden half-walls" by Brujah236 (Must be downloaded for living room)
- "Kyran Sofa" by sim_man123 (Must be downloaded for living room sofa)

As a side note, EA can you please make a modular or at least L-shaped sofa, thanks.
