Hi Guys,

Would you test this for me please?

Made with SimPE v0.35b, Milkshape and UVmapper it has it's own (unique registered) GUID is EP ready (not required) and colour enabled.

Polygon Count: 852 (= low) Vertices: 581 (=low)

This is a tree, potted for indoor or patio use. It is based on the Maxis 'money' tree ... but the only thing left from the original is the trunk! It comes in a twelve sided pot in six colours. (The black and white ones say 'Love' in Jananese)

It can be 'viewed' ...(my Sim burst out laughing!) ... and will add TEN room points!...which is why it's a bit pricey at 199 Simoleons! :omg:

It can be found under Decorative/All.
