Once the grand home of the illustrious Von-Haunt Family, after the family left no heir to the massive estate the Windenburg city council took ownership of it and had it remodeled to become the main tourist attraction. Place this lot on the Chalet Gardens lot for a nice wedding venue or a cool hangout spot, or you can place it on a residential lot and remove the red velvet ropes to provide your sims a home to make the rest envious.
