Hello everyone!!

First of all, happy new year! (very later). Planning much builds for 2020. I hope you guys will love all of them. Already started building some of them... other I had started last year but couldn't finish in time.

After a month off, I'm back! The first house of 2020 is a basic one. It has two floors and a simple backyard (and front).



Household three to four Sims.

First floor features:

- Living room with study;
- Dinning room;
- Kitchen;
- Bathroom.



Second floor features:

- Bathroom;
- Master bedroom;
- Single bedroom.



In the backs you can find places to relax and do laundry.
