Luxury Split Level ~ 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom, Oversized Garage and Glamorous Garden

I don't know about you, but when I think of a split-level home, "Luxury" is not the first word that usually comes to my mind. Usually these kind of homes tend more toward the economical side of things... So, I thought I'd do something a bit different. That, and I hardly ever use the GL furniture or wallpapers.


This house features an open "Gallery" type entrance Hall where your sim can display (and sit to discuss) the more serious works in their collection. It has a magnificent view of the garden as well. From here one can go up to the family bedrooms, or downstairs to the other living areas of the house.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer. Invisible smoke alarms are over the kitchen stove, living room fireplace, and patio grill. There are two wall telephones - one in the upper hall, and one in the lower hall. There is a burglar alarm by the front door. Decorations and furniture are included (there is plenty of room to add more, I did not over-decorate!) I used mostly the furniture from the Glamour Life SP - feel free to change things around to suite the needs/tastes of your sims.

It seems I always try to build CC-Free, and I always fail miserably! *sigh* The CC that was used on this lot was either actually made by EAxis (Bonus items or Store Stuff), Maxis Matching completer stuffeths, or part of Numenor and MaryLou's beautiful rounded flowerbed set. I use wallpapers and floors from this set all the time. It lives in my 'bins' folder - so nothing from it packages with a lot; but, it also doesn't have a CC-star in my catalog, so I frequently forget if I've used one of them in a lot.

Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror - as per her policy, it's not used or included in this lot.
