Hello everyone!!

After sometime I'm back with a Sims 2 house. I love building in the Sims 2 because it was where it all started.

Here we have a huge house renovation. This used to be the "Helluva Hacienda - 3BR 2BA" but I gave it an upgrade! The lot was cleaned before posting here. No problems!!

Here is the comparison, my friends:



It has now three floors, being the third floor an extension to the bedrooms that are in the second floor. That said, you can only reach the third floor through the bedrooms. It's like a bedroom with a private balcony.

First floor features:

- Hallways;
- Kichen;
- Dinning;
- Bathroom;
- Living 1 and 2;
- Pet room;
- Workshop 1.



Second floor features:

- Hallway;
- Workshop 2;
- Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 4;
- Library.



Backyard:

- Pool;
- Barbecue area;
- Hotub in the balcony;
- Outdoor activities;
- Garden.
