Inspired by the Sims 4 Tiny Living Stuff pack I wanted to make my own modern style micro home (with 32 tiles) in the Sims 3.
I tried to draw from my own inspirations in the Caribbean with mixed results haha.

It has no Custom Content, playtested and I kept the object count low so there would be no problems routing.
I placed the lot in the store world Sunlit Tides in the place I have marked, but the lot is flat and can easily be placed anywhere!

For every object to appear exactly as in the video and pictures, you need:
