Okothl is a city built into the hills overlooking the sea. There's lovely weather, gorgeous views, charming historical architecture, and excellent local seafood.
...
It's a bit of a tourist trap these days. You can probably rent this little beauty for 800 bucks a night.

The house is furnished sparingly, by my standards, which kept the price somewhat reasonable. Despite the small size, it doesn't feel cramped and has plenty of room for a few hobbies.

Just a few notes
- No custom content included or required
- The lot edges are flat
- Constrainfloorelevation false was used a little for the roof
- Moveobjects was used and some things aren't snapped to grid, but the furniture works.
- Fire alarm is above the fridge, burglar alarm is behind the fridge
- There is a phone on the wall on the three main floors
- Also note, Okothl is not a real city, but I might upload more buildings from it at some point...

A copy of the lot was play tested, but please message me if you run into any problems

Reccomended Mods
- Rugs - zMOG!! Off Grid!! by HugeLunatic --You don't need it, but it's awesome, and if you don't have it some of the rugs will look funky until you pick them up and put them on grid
- Trim Inaccessible Bushes by Cyjon --If you don't want it you could of course just delete any problem bushes you run across.
