This is a 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom eco-friendly home fit for a single lady who is into the eco lifestyle and is someone who really loves plants! The architecture is very modern and it is furnished with a semi-industrial style. This house has three floors with the third floor being a rooftop with a pool and a cozy hangout space. The second floor is where the bedroom is along with an en suite bathroom. The first floor is where the living room, kitchen, dining area, and laundry are. There are no backyard space/backyard activity in this build but I included a small station where your sim can plant their produce in there along with a bike rack with a bike to go along with the eco inspiration of the build.
