Optimist's Prime - Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath with an large above ground pool with surrounding deck. Nice covered porch on the back for great entertaining. Beautiful breakfast room or sunroom. Covered carport, etched glass sunlight over bathtub in master bath. Superbly landscaped. Fully elegantly furnished! Perfect for a starter or small family. The backyard pool and covered porch are excellent for entertaining guests or simply taking time alone.

I used to build houses in Sims2. I had not played Sims2 in a very long time. I recently became ill and have to be on bed rest a lot. I decided to start playing the Sims4 because I loved playing and building and creating in Sims2. I've had a lot of fun relearning building skills and learning some awesome tricks that can be done while building to make some awesome stuff with base game objects!!! No CC, expansions, packs required! I try to keep my builds within the base game frame. But, I'll eventually be posting builds including that stuff as well.
