This is a fairly simple mod that allows you to speed up the knitting interaction so that it's either 10%, 30% or 50% of the original speed. This was requested by a friend of mine but I figured more people might want it,

Notes:
This does cut short the animation at the moment, I'm working on speeding the animation up in accordance with this.
