Sims in search of a stylish home with ample room to live need look no further, the Svelte Swede is here! With two floors, two full baths, and four bedrooms (two of which are staged as an art studio and family room), this mid-century Scandinavian gem has something to offer for both single sims and couples who want space for entertaining, or a big family in need of some room to grow.

EPs required

Seasons and Generations are the most critical EPs. Supernatural is required for the rocker in the living room and some minor decor/lighting items. Pets is only required for minor decor/lighting items.

Credits and whatnot
This lot would be nothing without heaven, who used her immense patience and knowledge of CFE to guide me through building the structure of this lot (and provided lots of feedback on the interior to boot!)

The original house plans (which I modified slightly) are from Vintage Home Plans on Tumblr.

Also note that due to the CFE required for the stairs, there are some minor optical issues which are unfortunately unavoidable around that area. The hallway wall "tears" slightly at the landing, and the wall in the office/family room sometimes doesn't match the colour of the other walls (due to EA's ham-handed lighting system). Lot has been play-tested for routability and no issues found.
