This is the first house I have attempted building. It is on a 4 x 5 block and costs $316,489.00.

There are four bedrooms, study, lounge, kitchen, games room, three bathrooms, dining room and basement. There are three floors in total.

I made each corner room an octagonal shape for something different.

I hope you like it.
