This is a small slice of nirvana, or hell, depending on how you look at it. A brick and plaster two story home is cozy and spacious all at the same time. The first floor has a small foyer which leads to the living room. The kitchen is sectioned off by a low wall, but enough space for a small dining room table. Also, there is a small powder room for your guests. A simple yet small study/library is also on the first floor. Steps lead to the second floor, where there is the master bedroom and bathroom. Its very open the space, and has a vast balcony. There are also two porches. Front and back, and if you use the back porch for gardening, please note that the plants will be sheltered.
