Ascend stairs onto the front porch with a waterfall and rich vegetation and enter the house through big glass sliding doors.
First Floor: Has an open floor plan with big kitchen with counter stools for dining and living area with access to the side porch and pool in the back. There is a pond surrounding the apartment on two sides.

Third Floor: Study/Library with a huge skylight above
