Created a new subset for the FormFunk T-Object plus the Slimline Sofa by Svelte Seating for more options.

My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.

BeoWuff Stack (2x1) is a stereo with 3 color options.
Polygon Count: 1438
Buy Mode Location: Electronics/Audio
Recolourable Part(s): one subset for whole object

FormFunk T-Object is a television with 2 screen/3 stand color options.
Polygon Count: 512
Buy Mode Location: Electronics/TVs and Computers
Recolourable Part(s): 2 subsets - screen and stand

Pscimcasso's Scenic Circuits(2x1) is a picture with 3 frame options.
Polygon Count: 92
Buy Mode Location: Decorative/Wall Hangings
Recolourable Part(s): one subset for whole object

Slimline Sofa by Svelte Seating (3x1) is a sofa with 3 fabric/3 frame optionsl
Polygon Count: 1274
Buy Mode Location: Comfort/Sofas & Loveseats
Recolourable Part(s): 2 subsets - fabric and frame

All items have been created using Sims 2 base game objects - no expansion or stuff packs required!
The Design & High-Tech Stuff - Den zip.file contains all 4 items (separate folders for each item) plus the collection file. I have also attached separate zip.files for each item.
