Hello! This is my first upload. I built this house a few years ago and I thought it was interesting to start sharing my creations. I called it "Casarao", a Portuguese word for "Big House", and indeed, this is a big and expensive house. For some reason the tilde(~) in "rao" didn't appeared as expected haha.

This house is fully furnished and features a garage with a treadmill and some art stuff, a comfy living room, a modern kitchen with a big dining table, 3 large bedrooms (one of which is the master) that you could refurnish at will depending on your family needs (they are pretty "generic"), 3 bathrooms (one of which is the master) and a nice pool with a BBQ area. It also has solar panels that reduce the bills. They are the workaround for poor roof designs at the irregular part of the house's shape haha.
This house has no Custom Content.

CC not included, but highly recommended:

Lord Darcy's updated version of Targa's SupaFridge - This is very useful in the BBQ area because your Sims will be able to take the food right from there, no need to go to the kitchen.

HugeLunatic's Rug Fix: This mod allows you to place rugs off grid. I recommend this one because a rug used in the master bathroom is off grid. If you don't have this mod, the rug will have a messed up texture. You could just simply delete this rug if you don't want this mod.
