This home has it all! Hang out with the family for movie night in the cozy living room, keep the books on the nearby computer station. Cooking is easy in this cheery kitchen with bar stools and dining area. Be sure to use fresh ingredients grown in your indoor garden room.

Parents can retreat to their large, luxurious master bedroom, with four piece ensuite. There?s also a walk in closet, with access to the laundry room. Two children?s rooms are on the other side of the house, complete with shared bathroom. A powder room completes the downstairs layout.

Upstairs, your sims can relax in the playroom - with bubble blower, ping pong, lounge area, Void Critter Arena, and workout machine.

Outdoors is where this home really shines. Enjoy the infinity pool with hot tub, playground, basketball court, fishing pond, and meditation garden. There is also an eco system center with solar panels and water collectors.

This home is built for the 64 x 64 lot in the Crumbling Isle neighborhood of Windenburg. The furnished price is $140,516.
