Build Location: Parched Prospect, Oasis Springs
Lot Traits: Good Schools, Private Dwelling, Chef's Kitchen

4 Bedroom, 5 Bath

A modern executive home with a two story atrium in the living room and a complete at-home health spa for the well-to-do sim family. No CC used, but I included several custom builds to give it an upscale feel. The paint scheme matches the "Desert Sunset" colors I have used for the other properties I've released in this series.

GAMEPLAY NOTE:
- The butler's room door must be locked for the butler only or the family will go sit on the butler's bed to eat etc. I suggest the Better Butler mod from LittleMsSam to make the butler useful.
