Hello Simmers!

This is a fancy community lot with a restaurant, dance floor, and bar. Here's the inside:

It would be fun to have a wedding reception here (by creating an outing). I like to have sim "proms" with only teens using TwoJeff's Visitor Controller.
(I use Crisps&Kerosene Sims Version with personality exclusion.)
What's cool about the visitor controller is you can set the clothing sims wear to the lot, so in this case you could make a sim prom (or any special event) with formal wear. The storytelling possibilities are endless!

Of course, this is just an option, the lot contains No CC. I used iCad's Skyboxes
 for pictures.
