"Curious About Clubs" for Insiders Only

This mod is a Maxis fix that makes it so that only Insiders will get the "Curious about Clubs" Bored +1 moodlet. It seems they forgot to make it only for Insiders (or, for some unimaginable reason, thought that every Sim getting bored every 3 days would make for a good gameplay mechanic).

Sims will no longer get this moodlet if they are not Insiders.

Technical stuff: this mod writes in a Test Condition to prevent the buff from being added unless the Sim has the Insider Trait. You can think of a test condition as being a set of conditions that an action must meet to complete.

This mod modifies 6017E896!00000009!000000000001EA75.buff_Trait_CuriousAboutClubs.BuffTuning and anything else that does so will conflict with it!
