In lieu of a garage you have a large empty room to use anyway you like. Front entrance flanked by lovely ponds and foliage. Amazing views from the back lanai. Plenty of space to build up if needed. Master bathroom has a very nice closet & separate toilet space for privacy. Play Tested.
