Child can time travel

This simple mod extends the age range allowed to use the time portal and time machine to include children. I created this mod to support the back story for a lot I created where I imagined that the owner as a child hacked the time portal so he could travel to the future and see what it was like, then returned home and created his own inventions based on what he saw in the future.

As you can see from the photos my test child was successfully able to inspect the time portal and activate it, then travel to the future. I did have to perform a reset sim on the child after inspecting the portal but other than that the mod has worked as expected. It isn't particularly useful as there isn't a lot a child can do in the future but I present it here for fun.

I don't know of any other mods related to the time portal but if you do happen to have another ITUN mod that alters one of the tunings for the time portal or time machine then this mod will conflict with it.
