This mod unlocks a non-autonomous workout interaction (that looks like the stereo workout interaction) for children and older Sims. It can be performed anywhere by clicking on your currently selected Sim.
This mod also adapts that interaction to features introduced in expansion packs: skill bonuses, body temperature, snow, plantsims, and enthusiasm. Despite that, it should still be base-game compatible.

There are 2 versions of this mod:
  • regular: makes the workout interaction only available if a Sim has at least 2 body skill points,
  • no skill restrictions: makes the workout interaction always available.

Use only one version at a time.
Update (28 Oct 2021): Updated hygiene (from -50 to -40) and fitness (from +20 to +42) statistics in order to match stereo workout values. Added the no skill restrictions version.


Statistics per hour
  • comfort: -30
  • energy: -15
  • hygiene: -40
  • water (plantSims): -100
  • fitness: -42 (0 is the fittest, 1000 is the fattest)
It's an exact copy of the values used in the stereo workout interaction.

Motive bars range from -100 (empty red bar) to 100 (full green bar).
