Here's a fabric texture with 21 recolors for the base game leather sofa, loveseat and armchair living room set.

The files recolor the sofa:

The loveseat and armchair are slaved to the sofa and will also pick up the recolors:

•Armchair by Club Design

The texture size is the same as the original 512x512 so shouldn't cause any texture memory issues if that's a concern.
