Welcome to the Maxis Renovation Project!

Teenage Turf came with Teen Style Stuff and can be found in the Lots & Houses bin. As far as Maxis lots go, this one isn't too bad and I wanted to keep the fun vibe this lot was going for.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this house is perfect for a small family! This is a completely CC-free lot, but you must own all of the EP's and SP's for this lot to function properly. At the very least, Teen Style Stuff must be installed as I used their items heavily.

It costs $65,749, so it's quite expensive but it has all the things your Sims needs. In addition to basic furnishings, there's also a games room that can easily be converted into a fourth bedroom if needed!
