Since the invention of the propane grill, debates have raged among barbecue enthusiasts. Propane proponents argue that the absence of smoke allows one to "taste the meat, not the heat," while charcoal lovers insist that grilling isn't grilling without that classic smoky flavor. The Char-Pane can please everyone, allowing either propane grilling, charcoal grilling, or a combination of both!
