Avalon Heights | CyberPunk Apartment Block | 4 Units (No CC)

This is the first in a series of CyberPunk Units I am building for a new neighbourhood. I've been playing the game 'CloudPunk' recently so I took some inspiration from the game for design and decoration, and the name 'Avalon Heights' is also the name of a neighbourhood in the game. The apartment block is CC free, but I have used some cheats to build this lot (maximum allowed height, quarter tile placement etc.)



There are four apartment units in the block.


Apartment One (2BR 2BA over 3 Floors)


Apartment Two (3BR 2BA over 3 Floors)


Apartment Three (1BR 1BA over 2 Floors) (Accessed via the left side staircase)


Apartment Four (2BR 2BA over 4 Floors)



There are also two communal areas in the block with a bar, pool table and CD player for entertaining.


The apartment block looks best at night because of the large amount of neon lights I have used to decorate the exterior of the building.
