Here's a prominent freckles skin overlay with some other details (some body freckles, lips overlay, and around the eyes)... it's available in both skin details as a new freckles overlay and/or face paints. The lips are also available separately as a skin detail if you don't want the freckles.

Teen through Elder. Looks good on any skin tone, male or female.
