These wallpapers can be found in the paneling section, and are all priced at 7 Simoleans.

It comes in 9 colours:

The design is based on a very basic square paneling (search google for "panel wallpaper" and you'll find my inspiration), made in substance designer, photoshop, and TS2 Homecrafter plus.
