A small detached house in the Victorian Gothic style. The current owners, fans of Victoriana, are keen to restore original features, while keeping the convenience of some of the modernisation carried out by their predecessors (a bathroom and utility room have been squeezed in, and a driveway with car parking spaces added). They have uncovered the original tiled garden path and hall flooring, and used reproduction wallpapers and fabrics to return the hall and parlour to something like their original state. The remaining rooms are more of an eclectic mix, awaiting the funds for a full restoration.

Expansions:
Supernatural is definitely required. World Adventures, Ambitions, Generations and Showtime were also used pretty heavily. There are a few items from Late Night, Pets, University Life, Island Paradise and Into the Future, but all of these could be replaced fairly easily.

The sink is from Outdoor Living and there are a few items from Master Suite.

Notes
  • Armiel’s brass bed mask fix is recommended.
  • Since the house has laundry equipment but several rooms are too small for a hamper, you might find Nonamena’s Super Hampers useful.
