A Mediterranean styled house matches perfectly with Lucky Palms!! There are not many of them unfortunately. This house is very spacious, with an open space for kitchen, dining room and living room. with a poolside and a great yard for your sims to garden. I love how the green grass from the sand terrain employed in Lucky Palms! I used few items from Ambitions and Seasons, along with items from the Lucky Palms set. Those can be replaced if you want it base game compatible.
