It includes 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, game room, living room, dining room, kitchen, and front porch.
This is the fourth (oops -- 5th
) of a set of family starter homes that I hope to share. Hope you like it

The original download appears to work only with University (my bad -- I thought it could work with both versions of the game). So, if you don't have University, please download the file marked "For People Without University".
