Toilet Throw Up Without Mood/Buff (Various Vomiting Conditions in Toilets)

This mod will allow Puke commands in the toilet to be displayed without certain mood.
And because I found it by chance, also created a file that allows vomiting commands in public toilets to be used under the same conditions as toilets.
There are each prepared a flavor version for RP. Put only one of each according to your play style.
(Toilet and public toilet files can be used together.)

This should work with my "Standing Throw Up Enable" mod. At first It was made for this MOD, but I thought better to toilet vomiting upload separately.
