By the request of AnthonyShelton I bring to you Iwakura Lain from Serial Experimental Lain. I don't know much about the Anime, so I might not have captured her perfectly. If you are gonna tell me about the hair, I'm already aware of it. I asked Anthony and he said it doesn't matter, so I just touched the front up a bit. He specifically asked me to do this "Internet Goddess" dress, so I did. I made up the lower half and the back of her body, also I made up the color since the picture he gave me is practically black and white. I didn't find a specific clothing design for her, so I only made one version. Just incase you don't know, she's 13 years old, so I made her as a teen. The rest is up to ya'll. Cheers
