These floors were created for TS2 by CatherineTCJD of Sims Virtual Realty and MTS.

Concrete In Situ Tile Floors. They're cheap inexpensive. They're colorful. They're durable. And they are perfect for wet areas.
This floor comes in 12 LACK colors, and 2 size options.
It is found in the 'tile' floor category for $9 each.
