This was once a small but proud factory facility in Evergreen Harbour. It closed it's doors long ago and no one remembers any more what was actually produced here. Some say it was clothing, others that it was candles or even fine furniture. However it may have been the factory stood abandoned for many years untill someone dicided to purchase it and flip it into a living space. Now it's being sold on. Maybe this lil' factory city house will be just right for your sim?

Practicalities:
I used a boatload of packs and such in building it, sorry. But it is cc-free and small as it may be it's not a quite a mini house either. It comes with two floors: a garden area, a kitchen-dining and living area on the ground floor and upstairs a bedroom- office and bath.
'moveobjects' cheats was used placing stuff and plants so maybe you need to turn on that cheat when installing.
