These young adults have no CC and you only need University to have them.

If you want to download a specific Sim, here's the list of Sims:

Amy: Black-haired female Sim
Catherine: Brown-haired female Sim
Delilah: Blonde-haired female Sim
Nathan: Black-haired male Sim
Tyson: Red-haired male Sim

Note: As I said, these are Young Adults and they cannot be found in the Adult Life Stage Sim bin. If these Sims don't show up, check if you're in Create-A-Student, not Create-A-Sim.
