Description: I don't like how the Sims deals with calories. This mod makes it easier for my historical ladies (and men) to lose weight while still following societal norms. Now sims can lose weight (or more weight) doing the following activities:

Yoga
- Original weight loss rate: -0.05. New rate: -0.15

The '& gain fitness' package
- Original gain fitness rate: 0.075. New rate: 0.015
- I also included an addon that changes strings from 'yoga' to 'calisthenics' for more historical realism.

Horse-riding
- No original weight loss rate. New rate: -0.15

Note: Pick one or the other of the main 'Lose weight with Yoga' packages - either '(& Gain Fitness)' or the normal one - NOT BOTH!

If you want to alter the rates, search the files for <!--Laureli: Changed--> which indicates where the changed values are. Feel free to comment if you think something should be adjusted, I'm happy to look into it!
