Hello! I designed a New York style red brick building. There are 5 apartments and a community space (bar) for your sims. 2 of them are industrial lofts. Rest of the units are placed in a older classic looking tenement. Lofts have the entresols, and there's also an unit with 1 level, unit with 2 levels and unit with 3 levels. There's an underground garage as a part of the biggest apartment. In the back of the build you can find a small playground. Most of the units have their own balcony/terrace. Hope you'll like it!
