House Model #8 (MB800)
...a part of the Sameville Housing Project
3 bedrooms - 2.5 bathrooms - garage - optional pool - optional yard
in 4 variations - lightly furnished & unfurnished - ready for you to decorate
...with no CC!

This model home boasts a Master Suite, powder room, two kid's bedrooms, a kid's bathroom, full kitchen - with bar, and a spacious, open, "Great Room" with living and dining areas. The garage opens to a large side/play-yard. There is an enclosed "Florida" room and a large patio with a fenced swimming pool on the back. Don't forget the front porch - a great place to welcome your neighbors!

The original Real Life home was built in 1973, by Mackle Brothers Corp.

NOTE: The download includes all three houses.
The Model home - White/Gold - is offered lightly furnished, with a pool, for $72,105.
V1 - Grey/Brown - is unfurnished, with a pool, for $47,968.
V2 - Green/Yellow - is unfurnished, for $37,600.
V3 - Grey/Black - is unfurnished, for $20,780. (...almost a STARTER!)

I intentionally keep my builds lightly furnished - with only EAxis stuffeths - so that you can have all the fun of decorating it! (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!) All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included; along with smoke and burglar alarms, and telephones.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here.
The lot was cleaned and compressed with Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor.
The package was cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
The sun is oriented to the front.

There is parking for two vehicles; one in the garage, and one on the driveway. EXCEPT for the cheaper/"starter" version (V3) - it only has room for one vehicle, in the garage.

This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.

TIP: If, when you first enter the lot, arches/doorways are not "cut through" - save, exit to the hood, and re-enter. Fixed!

Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
Gunmod's Radience Lighting System, which includes the Scriptorium (which is necessary for installing CC stairs.)
Lamare's Shiftable Everything
