Appropriately named Minor Miracle as I managed to get 4 (very small) bedrooms, a full bath and powder room into this home. It is a tier 3 tiny home 92 tiles out of 100, with the Lighten the load and Feeln' Fine All the Time perks. All of the rooms are very small therefore the screenshots are not the greatest. I did download this to another lot with a sim family. The home is maneuverable but I can't guarantee that they won't fuss about it being too crowded as I did not play the family for an extended period of time. The home does have a TV, Computer, books and chess table and minimal furniture, appliances and plumbing.
