Removes the annoying black paint from nose swatches for Werewolves. Maxis made the entire detail mode mapping paintable yet didn't allow us to paint on it ourselves, so I've removed that and now you can choose if you want the lineart or to paint your own. It's hard to paint the paws due to the detail mode only being allowed in Head view but the Fill tool works pretty well to get those area
This doesn't mark anything as cc and will probably never require updates
