Increased Cap for Growing Together Stayover events

I was annoyed with EA for imposing such strange limits on the Stayover events from Growing Together. They had originally made it so that you could have no more than 10 sims in total, including household and guests, so if playing with a full house you could only have 2 sims stay over! I increased that to 20 so now, even with a full house, you can have up to 12 additional sims staying over.
