Newport - An empty, decorated hood

Inspired by Bridgeport from TS3!

I created this hood a year ago in hopes of building a sprawling city, but it's just been sitting in my Neighborhoods folder untouched as I've been lacking interest in the game. I still wanted to share it with the community - perhaps someone will find a use for it in their game

This hood comes completely empty. No townies, no stealth hood sims, no playables. No lots either.

No custom content is included in the download, but some custom content is required:
- crqtt_unified_bridge_flat_40tiles.package from Criquette's Unified Bridges Set (Note: Criquette's Better Nightlife Mod is required for the lights to work properly at night)
- Low Shrubby Hedge Pieces (short, normal and long) from Criquette's Fences & Hedges Set
- JodelieJodelie_crqtt_embankment_empty.package from JodelieJodelie

Installation:
As a main hood: Download and install the required custom content. Drop the NPRT folder into Documents > EA Games > The Sims 2 > Neighborhoods. Start playing!
As a subhood: Download and install the required custom content. Create an empty subhood in your world and use Mootilda's HoodReplace to replace that subhood with Newport.
