WitchHand - Empty Custom Map

I made this custom map about a year ago for my personal use, just wanted to share it here.

I named it WitchHand because the water area looks like the hand of a witch (you see the long thumb finger with the long nail, and the hand looks like it's grabbing), at least that was the intention when I made the map lol.

I designed the map to have different "districts", for example, the top left is supposed to be a suburban area, the bottom left a city area, and so on.

Notes:
- In the screenshots I do use terrain texture replacements but the layout of the map has nothing to do with that.
- Secondly, I couldn't perfect flattening the terrain in SimCity 4, so if you download this, the top left road is a little bit elevated by the mountain, which you can easily fix using the "modifyNeighborhoodTerrain" cheat, as well as to flatten the land around the "thumb" part of the water so you can place down beach lots if you want to.

P.S.: I think you need a camera mod to see everything.
