Recreation of a Sims 4 lot originally created by Simlicy for The Sims 4. I loved their design so much that I decided to bring it to The Sims 3, adapting the architecture and layout while keeping the original style and atmosphere intact.

Perfect to place in Lucky palms. All building, furnishing, and landscaping were carefully recreated using The Sims 3 tools and available content from expansion packs. But you can use store items to adapt it to Lucky Palms nature.
